Weave with colored threads.

1. We draw 12ch, we do loop stitching to the 4th chain, we complete the sequence to the end of the loop as stitch shifting to the next stitch. When planting the flower around it, we wrap it around ourselves first and form the flower form and fix it.

I gave a 2.5mm diameter copper wire to a crown and stitched the horn-ear-flowers on the felt and glued them to the crown with silicone. You can also sew directly to the baby.

You can cut the hair to the length you want with mohair hair rope of the color you want and sew it to the head.
